Four of the top five contenders in Nostalgia I were on hand for this event, including points leader Jordan Frolka and second-ranked Alex Barrett.
In eliminations, both Frolka's sleek Neil & Parks rail and Barrett's colorful Funny Car fell to eventual runner-up Dale Taros.
Taros continued to have things go his way and reached the final round.
Waiting for Taros in the final was Kevin Sarginson, who knocked off Austin Frye in round one and 2009 Fremont Reunion winner Tony Wimer in round two.
In the final, both drivers cut identical .053 lights, and the race was in doubt right to the end, but Sarginson took the win by matching the index with a 7.609 while Taros stayed on the throttle and broke out with a 7.57.
